When you need to download multiple files from the Files and Notes section you will need to follow the steps described below. This is applicable for Jobs, Quotes and Contacts.
Access the Files and Notes section in Jobs, Quotes or Contacts.
2. When in the Files and Notes section access the "Share Files" button.
3. Then select the files that you want to download, you will see a "check" symbol on the selected files.
4. When the files are selected access the "Share" button on the right hand side.
5. Finally access the "Download" button and select a folder to save the files on your local machine.
