From the 'Settings' tab on the left-hand menu bar, select 'Quote & Invoice Settings'.
In this section you can add free text to the heading and footer fields on both your quotes and invoices.
Editing Quote Display Settings
You can adjust the title of your Quote to adapt to your personal preferences (e.g. Estimate, Quotation, Quote of Works).
You can also preset information that appears at the bottom left and/or the bottom right of your quotes. These are free text fields.
Editing Invoice Display Settings
You can adjust the title of your Invoice to adapt to your personal preferences (e.g. Bill of Works, Sales Invoice etc.).
You can also preset information that appears at the bottom left and/or the bottom right of your invoices. These are free text fields.
Once you have saved your preferences you can select a Preview
(please note that the preview mode does not update until you have saved any changes).
