Mobile forms allow you to fill in any form directly from the mobile App and sync the data back to the office instantly.

The forms also work offline meaning that if you do not have an active internet connection, you can still fill your forms in, and the data will sync back to the office as soon as you have regained your connection

Basic Details

if your Jobs have forms attached to them, you will see a "Forms" section detailing form names and how many need to be completed in the main job details view.

When clicking this section the Forms will be displayed in list view. Underneath each Form the app will also display the form's status, the total amount of sections each forms has and how many of them have been completed.

The form statuses represent each form's stage of completion

  • not completed (grey icon)

  • in progress (yellow icon)

  • completed (green icon).

Filling in a form

At the top of an open form, you can see all sections and move between the sections by clicking the section numbers e.g. 1, 2, 3, etc. Another way of doing this is by clicking the Next or Previous buttons.

The Section numbers will also display the section status:

  1. Completed sections will be displayed as a green check icon.

  2. Incomplete/In Progress sections will be displayed as yellow icons.

  3. The current section you're on will be displayed as an orange icon.

After completely filling in a section the app will automatically mark it as completed, if not all fields are necessary the users can click the "mark as completed" button from the top right hand side to complete the section manually.

IMPORTANT NOTE!!! If a section contains mandatory field the section can't be marked as completed until the mandatory fields are filled in. Mandatory fields are marked by an orange at the right side of the field.

When a form has been completed, you can press the back button, which will take you to the forms list and also sync data back to the web application

You will now see the form you've been working on showing as completed as long as each section has been completed
